Thank you for visiting and shopping at WinterEquipment.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Due the large nature of our product, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are typically shipped within a 3 week window. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur (i.e. weather, rural locations, etc.)

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are based on carrier lanes, state and location of customer. All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed upon checkout.
Winter Equipment goes out for bid to freight carriers annualy. Securing the best possible costs. All Winter Equipment Systems are shipped no charge freight. Most product ships LTL van. Accessorial charges are the customers responsibility (i.e. liftgate, inside delivery, etc.)

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Due to the weight of our product Winter Equipment cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Winter Equipment ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You can request a shipment confirmation and tracking numbers(s) once your order has shipped by contacting you Winter Equipment representative. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of goods leaving the dock. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WinterEquipment.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

WinterEquipment.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping but will work with you to file the claim. If you received your order damaged, please contact Winter Equipment to begin filing your claim.

Please photograph and document any damaged goods. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods until instructed otherwise by a Winter Equipment representative.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
